Can anyone explain what is "haptics" on iPhone? I’ve noticed the subtle vibrations, but I’m curious how haptics enhance the overall user experience. Does it only affect notifications, or are there other features that use haptics too?
Haptics are those tiny vibrations that happen when you use your iPhone (tap a switch or a long-press an iPhone icon or button). It uses the Taptic Engine that allows the phone to provide subtleties of feedback response so that it can be more haptic and physical when interacting with items on the screen.
