What is r6 tracker and how do I use it to look at my Rainbow six siege statistics and become a better player?

I connected my account to R6 Tracker and do not know all the statistics and leaderboards. I would like to trace K/D, operator performance, and latest match history to identify areas of weakness. Need to find out how to read the trackers, which metrics are helpful to track and compare with friends or set up alerts.
