You have to be at least 13 years of age to stream on the YouTube site, but to stream on mobile devices or devices with parental management, you must be at least 18 years old or have the supervision of parents and meet the requirements of subscribers.
On Snapchat, there’s no legitimate way to view hidden content. Content marked as private, hidden, or deleted by the sender is intentionally restricted to protect privacy. Trying to bypass it using hacks or third-party apps is unsafe, can compromise your account, and violates Snapchat’s terms of service.
You can only view content shared with you directly or that hasn’t expired yet.
