What’s the best solution to erase confidential HR data from old systems?

Hi Everyone,

Our HR department is retiring systems that stored employee records, payroll files, and personal information.

But, in regard to Data privacy, as it plays a critical role, simple deletion won’t suffice.
So, while searching on the web, I found the tool that fits my needs, i.e., SysTools Data Wipe software. appears to offer secure, irreversible data erasure. I’d like to hear from users who’ve used it for HR data cleanup. How effective is it at completely removing sensitive records, and does it help reduce the risk of data breaches? And are there any other solutions beside this?

Used SysTools for a server decommissioning project last year. It’s solid because it actually follows the DoD standards. If you’re handling HR stuff, you need that paper trail. It generates a report after the wipe which is a lifesaver for audits.
