Why Am I Receiving Calls That Show the 443 Phone Code?

I got multiple missed calls displaying the 443 phone code and don’t recognize the source. Which region does it belong to, and should I be concerned?

Nevertheless, a lot of calls with an 443 label are spam calls, or even scam calls since the caller does not call the number as a spam call, but rather tries to make it appear local, which is more likely to result in you picking up the phone; it is typically the case with robocalls, silent pinging calls, or scam calls.
