Why can't I access Facebook Marketplace?

Hi everyone, I’m having trouble accessing Facebook Marketplace and I’m not sure why. Can someone explain why I can’t access Facebook Marketplace and what steps I can take to fix it? Are there any account settings or restrictions that might be causing this issue? Thanks!
