Why do I keep getting Netflix error code UI-3012 on my browser?

I have been trying to watch Netflix on my laptop but I keep running into the Netflix error code UI-3012 every time I load a show. I already tried refreshing the page but the UI-3012 error keeps coming back. Has anyone else faced this issue and found a fix that actually works?
