The message "Display 2 isn't active" is shown when your system finds a second monitor, but it is not being used. This might be the case when the display mode is set to PC screen only, the cable is not properly connected, or the monitor is turned off. It can also be due to old graphics drivers or wrong settings. In order to resolve it, open Display Settings (Windows + P) and select Extend or Duplicate. Make sure cables are firmly connected and update your graphics driver. Besides that, you can go to display settings and press Detect to switch on the second screen.
