Why does screen shake surface pro 4 issue happen?

I am facing screen shake surface pro 4 problem where the display flickers continuously. It makes the device hard to use. Why does screen shake surface pro 4 occur and how can I fix screen shake surface pro 4 issue? Any help would be useful.
