Hi, I'm new here and not tech-savvy. I just can't delete a video from my Android phone and I may know why. I'd like to know how to delete it now.
Here is the thing. I was able to delete photos or videos normally, and in earlier days, I wanted to transfer some videos from my PC to my phone, so I used a free third-party software (syncios) to help me. After the transfer, I thought everything was perfect. Until yesterday, I didn't need the transferred videos anymore, so I decided to delete them from my phone. I only found that although I kept tapping the delete button, it just couldn't be deleted. Why would that be? And I'm kind of sure maybe it's the software. I used it many times and the photos that transferred to PC are perfect. So what I can do now is delete those unwanted videos, but I can't. Does anyone know how?
