Why taskbar won't hide and how to fix it?

Hi, Why taskbar won't hide in Windows even when auto-hide is enabled? It keeps showing all the time. Any fixes?

The taskbar won’t hide if a program or notification is keeping it active. To fix it, check for open apps or system notifications, enable “Automatically hide the taskbar” in Settings → Personalization → Taskbar, and restart Windows Explorer if needed.
