I am just curious to know that if Instagram sends any notification when I stalk someone's profile? Did anyone of you knows this?

No, people cannot see when you view their Instagram profile. Instagram does not notify users or show a list of profile visitors. However, if you view their Stories or interact (like, comment, follow), they can see that. Profile views alone remain completely private.

o, people cannot see when you look at their Instagram profile. Instagram does not have a feature that notifies users about who has viewed their profile. This applies to all types of accounts: personal, business, and creator.

However, there are certain interactions that are visible:
  • Story Views: If you watch someone's Instagram Story, they can see your username in the list of viewers.
  • Live Video Views: If you join an Instagram Live session, your username will appear in the list of live viewers.
  • Engaging with Posts: If you like, comment on, or share someone's posts, that activity will be visible to them and others.
Any third-party app claiming to show you who viewed your profile is a scam and should be avoided, as they often aim to steal your personal data.

Instagram does not inform users about the people who look at their profile. Human beings do not know whether you go through their feed or not on their page. But when you watch Stories or Reels, your name will be displayed in the list of viewers. Likes, comments and direct messages can also be seen, however the visits of simple profile are private.

Instagram does not inform people about being observed on the profile. Visits are confidential and no one can trace quiet window shopping. Stories and Reels are the only exemptions, as viewers can be seen. Any likes, comments, or messages that you have posted can be viewed as well, however, merely visiting a profile will not notify the user.

Instagram does not notify users of an account looking at their profile. On Instagram, the visits to profiles are not public, and therefore, it is safe to brows without revealing them. Your interaction with the content is the only activity that can be seen when you watch Stories or Reels, comment, send direct messages or like posts. Otherwise the profile views are still undisclosed.

Instagram does not provide users with such information of who visits their profile. Your visits are not anonymous and no notifications are dispatched. The other exceptions are Stories, Reels, likes, comments and messages where your username is displayed. The act of scrolling through the profile of an individual is not public, and thus the act of browsing Instagram profiles is not very overt.

Instagram is a social platform that does not show the time of visiting a profile. Only through interaction with users, like the viewing of Stories or Reels, can anyone see you: your activity may be in terms of likes on posts, comments, or messages. Just visiting a profile or going through their feed is altogether private and not visible to the account owner.

Instagram does not show your visits to the profile of people. On Instagram, there is no information on who visits a profile thus silent browsing is not exposed. The user can only see your interactions such as Stories, Reels, likes, comments and DMs. This makes sure that when watching casually you are not notified or revealed of activities.
