I’m facing display glitches and want to reset graphics driver. What is the correct way to reset graphics driver on Windows without rebooting, and will it resolve issues like flickering or black screens safely?

You can reset it instantly with Win + Ctrl + Shift + B screen flickers for a sec and the driver restarts, no reboot needed.
I’ve used it for random glitches/flickering and it usually fixes it, but if it keeps happening then yeah you’ll need a proper driver reinstall.

To quickly reset your graphics driver on Windows, simply press the key combination Win + Ctrl + Shift + B. This will restart your driver immediately without having to reboot your computer. If problems continue, launch the Device Manager, locate Display adapters, right-click on your GPU, and choose Disable device. Afterward, re-enable it. Another option is to uninstall the driver and reboot the system so that Windows reinstalls it automatically. To carry out a thorough reset, get the newest driver from the official manufacturer's site and do a clean install. Lastly, reboot your PC to let the changes take effect.
