How can I upload video on Instagram more than 1 minute?

I want to upload a video of 2 minutes, I am not able to post it can you please suggest me some ways.

You can upload videos longer than 1 minute on Instagram using Instagram Reels or IGTV.

1. Open Instagram.
2. Tap "+" and select Reel or Post.
3. Choose your video.
4. Trim or edit as needed.
5. Tap "Share" to upload.
