Instagram doesn’t offer a built-in way to save Highlights. You can use third-party online tools (e.g., InstaSaver, FollowMeter, SaveGram) by copying the Highlight link or profile URL, pasting it into the tool, and downloading the photos/videos in HD. These work on Android, iPhone, or PC without logging in. Only public account content can be downloaded.
