How to find large files on Windows 10?

Hi all, my PC storage is almost full and I want to find large files on Windows 10. What’s the easiest way to locate big files or folders eating up space? Any built-in tools or tips for quickly identifying them would be really helpful!

On windows 10, to locate large files, open file explorer and this time, open This PC, and click the search box and then type size: 1GB (or any other size). To find large files quickly you can also use View > Sort by > Size.

It is possible to utilize Windows File Explorer for locating large files: simply access a folder, input size>1GB (or any size) in the search bar, and the files that occupy most of the storage will appear. Additionally, one can view the files through the path Settings Storage Show more categories Large files. If you want to have more control over the process, a software like WinDirStat will be perfect.
