How to make a reel on Instagram with photos and videos?

Can anyone assist me in making a reel with photos and videos on Insta?

1. Open Instagram, swipe left and pick "Reel".
2. Tap the gallery icon (), select photos/videos you want to use.
3. Edit, add music/effects, and hit "Share".
