To enable dark mode on Snapchat for Android, go to your device settings > Display > turn on Dark Mode. Snapchat may follow the system theme, but official dark mode support is limited on some Android devices.
On Android, open Snapchat → profile icon → Settings (). Scroll to App Appearance and select Dark.
If you don’t see it, update Snapchat. Some devices can force dark mode via System Settings → Display → Dark mode.
Open Snapchat, tap your profile icon, then the gear icon. Find App Appearance and choose Dark. If the option isn’t there, update the app from the Play Store. You can also try enabling system-wide dark mode in Android settings.
To enable dark mode, go to Snapchat → Profile → Settings. Scroll down to App Appearance and tap Dark. If unavailable, your version may not support it yet. As a workaround, turn on Android’s dark theme or use developer “force dark” options.
Launch Snapchat and tap your Bitmoji in the top-left. Open Settings, then select App Appearance. Choose Dark Mode. If missing, update Snapchat. Some Android phones only support dark mode through system settings, which may partially darken the app.
On Android, Snapchat dark mode depends on app version. Open Settings inside Snapchat and look for App Appearance. Select Dark. If you don’t see it, enable Dark Theme in Android settings or wait for a future update.
