How to remove yourself from a group text applications?

They are chatting a lot, I mean they're pushing their limits of chatting and my phone keeps ringing. How can I stop this madness?

To remove yourself from a group text:

• iPhone (iMessage): Open the group → tap the top icons → tap Leave this Conversation.
• Android (SMS): You usually can't leave, but you can mute the thread. Tap and hold the chat → tap Mute or Turn off notifications.
• Apps like WhatsApp/Telegram: Open group settings → tap Exit Group.
