Access the friends tab, tap on see all, and then outgoing requests to see the list of friend requests sent.

To see sent friend requests on Facebook in 2025, go to the Friends section, then tap or click on Friend Requests, and select View Sent Requests. On mobile, you may need to tap the three-dot menu to find this option. This shows all pending requests you've sent, which you can cancel if needed.

In 2025, the Facebook interface has changed slightly, but viewing sent friend requests is still simple. You have to open the Facebook app and go to the “Friends” tab, then tap on “See All” in the upper corner. There you will find the “Requests” > “See Sent Requests” option - where you will see the list of people to whom you have sent friend requests. From here you can also cancel those requests if you want.
