1. On your iPad, go to Settings > App Store.
2. Under Automatic Downloads, turn on Apps and App Updates.
3. Now, any app downloaded on your iPhone will automatically install on the iPad (if it's compatible).

To transfer apps from your iPhone to your iPad after setup, ensure both devices use the same Apple ID. Go to the App Store on your iPad, tap your profile icon, then tap "Purchased." Select "Not on this iPad" and download the apps you want. Alternatively, enable iCloud sync for compatible apps in Settings > Apple ID > iCloud.
