How to turn on noise cancelling on AirPods easily?

Can someone explain to me how to turn on the noise-cancelling on AirPods smoothly?

You can turn on noise cancelling on your AirPods by opening the Control Center on your iPhone, pressing and holding the volume slider, and then selecting Noise Cancellation. On AirPods Pro or Max, you can also press and hold the force sensor on the stem to switch between noise control modes.

You can easily turn on noise cancelling on your AirPods by pressing and holding the force sensor on the stem of one AirPod until you hear a chime. Make sure your AirPods Pro or AirPods Max are connected to your device. You can also enable it from Control Center > Noise Control on your iPhone.
