Currently, Snapchat’s web version (web.snapchat.com) doesn’t allow users to pin or unpin chats. These features are only available in the mobile app. To unpin someone, open Snapchat on your phone, press and hold the chat, go to Chat Settings, and select Unpin Conversation.
The management of Snapchat pins can be done only with the help of the mobile application and not the web application. The best ways to unpin someone are to open the app, tap in the chat, tap the profile, and click the pin.
