If I Screenshot Someone’s Story, Does Instagram Notify When You Screenshot a Story?

I have always been curious about the privacy policies of Instagram, particularly the Instagram stories. When I screen shot a story of somebody, does instagram notify when you screenshot a story, or is this functionality missing? Other friends confirm that they had received the notice in the time gone by, others affirm that they did not receive it at all but as DM photos slowly disappear, it raises an alert. I only need to be certain before I end up disturbing somebody.
