My Roku remote is not working, and I’m not sure what’s causing the issue. I’ve tried basic steps, but nothing seems to help. Can anyone suggest quick fixes or troubleshooting tips to get it working again?

When Roku remote is not functioning, change or recharge batteries, restart Roku device and make sure there is no barrier between TV and remote. Repair the remote by pressing the pairing button. In the case of voice remotes, upgrade the Roku software or restart the remote in case of the problems.

First, replace the remote batteries and ensure there’s no obstruction between the remote and Roku device. Try resetting the remote by removing batteries and unplugging Roku for 10 seconds. Re-pair the remote via the pairing button if available. For enhanced remotes, check Wi-Fi connection. As a last resort, use the Roku mobile app as a temporary remote.

If your Roku remote not working, start by checking the batteries and replacing them if necessary. Make sure there’s a clear line of sight to the Roku device. Reboot the Roku or re-pair the remote. As a backup, download the Roku mobile app to control the device until the remote works.

A Roku remote not working may result from dead batteries, interference, or pairing issues. Replace the batteries, move closer to the device, and re-pair if needed. Restarting your Roku can also help. If nothing works, the Roku mobile app allows you to navigate and control the device temporarily.
