Every time I launch a high-performance application, my display cuts out for a second and then returns, repeating this cycle indefinitely. I suspect it might be a refresh rate mismatch or a failing HDMI cord, but this black blinking screen only happens under heavy load. I would appreciate any advice on whether I should be looking at my GPU drivers or my power supply as the culprit.
