What could be the reason why my Dell laptop won’t turn on at all?

This morning my laptop was working fine, but now it’s completely unresponsive. I’m trying to understand why won’t my Dell laptop turn on there’s no screen light, no fan noise, nothing. I already tried holding the power button for 15–20 seconds and plugging in the charger. The charging light doesn’t even show up. Could this be a battery issue, charger problem, or something more serious like the motherboard? Trying to figure out what to test before taking it to a repair shop.

"Just wanna throw out a wild card - have you tried pressing and holding the power button for like 30 seconds to discharge any residual power? Sometimes that'll kickstart it back to life"

"Did you try unplugging the charger and plugging it back in, or pressing the power button for like 30 seconds to discharge any residual power? Have you checked for loose connections or blown fuses?"

"Hey OP, just a thought - have you tried removing the battery and plugging it in to see if it's a battery issue? Also, are there any signs of water damage or physical stress on the laptop?"

"Dude, try unplugging it, pressing the power button for 30 sec to discharge, and then plugging it back in. Also, check your power cord and adapter for any damage. Did you recently update your BIOS?"

"Lol, been there, OP. Did you press the power button at least 30 seconds to discharge any residual power? Also, did you check if your power cord is securely plugged in? Next step is to try a power reset by removing the battery and power cord for 30 seconds?"

"Hey OP, just a thought - try unplugging everything, pressing the power button for 30 seconds, and then plugging back in. Sometimes, a simple reset can do the trick. Have you tried this already?"

"Hey, OP, have you checked if your power button is clean or if anything's jammed underneath it? I've had laptops where a dusty button or loose debris would keep them from turning on. Did you try cleaning it out?"

"Try removing the battery, pressing the power button for 30 seconds, and then plugging it back in. Sometimes a hard reset does the trick. Did you try that or any other troubleshooting methods already?"

"Hey OP, just making sure you've tried unplugging it for a bit (like 30 minutes) and then trying to turn it back on? Sometimes it's just a stuck power button"
