The same 2103 error is on the Xbox Series X. It appears that the game server simply loses connection at random. My team realized that it spikes on peak hours (evenings). It might have overloaded servers and not your connection.
The last time I had something like this, my type of NAT was strict and it brought mid-match disconnects. Make sure that your NAT is Open/Moderate. In case it is stringent, that may cause mistakes such as Marvel Rivals 2103 despite having a good Wi-Fi.
I did some research on this: 2103 error normally means that some UDP packets gone between your console/PC and the game server. Even minor routing problems may cause it not always server outage. Test a hardwired connection and determine whether it is any better.

last week was said to have an outage which resulted in random disconnects and 2103 error. Other people were unable to make a log in. The devs admitted it to Discord in a short notice but it was not an official server status update. So yeah, possible server side.
Can attest that the ISP routing to the Marvel Rivals servers is unreliable in some cases. I tracerouted and observed loss of packets in my local node. Switching to Cloudflare/Google DNS also helped me to reduce 2103 error; however, not completely.
Wait is this error, then, mostly on the server side? I did not think it was overheating my PS5 or anything. I will test wired as opposed to Wi-Fi and see whether it will work.
Dev wise, the error codes such as 2103 tend to represent instability of the sessions between the client and server. It may be due to server slack-ness, improper routing or even firewall interference of your network. On PC, you can attempt to open all the traffic of Marvel Rivals to your firewall. That helped me.
The 2103 error only occurs in PvP too co-op is more stable. Makes me think that the culprits are the matchmaking servers and not the core game servers. Perhaps, they should be better load balanced.
Anyone interested I made a record of the time: it is always about 7 to 10pm here. Weekends worse. So slightly server overload + a bit of house network configuration mitigated it without eradicating. Remains a server problem more than local IMO.
