I’ve tested this a lot for my small business page! For Instagram, mornings around 9 to 11 AM and evenings around 6 to 8 PM usually work best. Twitter/X is more random I get better reach around lunchtime. Honestly, it depends on where your followers are located and when they’re active.
But seriously, I’ve noticed Sunday evenings work great for me people are doomscrolling before the week starts.jameswill8520

There’s no universal “best time.” Every algorithm and audience behaves differently. If you’re serious, check your analytics Instagram Insights, Facebook Page stats, and YouTube Studio all show when your audience is most active. Data beats guesses.

I disagree with most “time charts” online. Those stats are from 2019 and don’t match today’s behavior. The algorithm cares way more about engagement speed and content type than exact timing. You can post at 3 AM and still go viral if it’s good content.

True, but timing still helps! I posted a meme at 10 AM and got twice the likes compared to when I posted at midnight. So maybe it’s both timing and good content. Just keep experimenting and see what your audience reacts to.
