Why is my Roku not connecting to the Internet, even with a connection?

It may occur when your Roku has connection with the router but fails to receive the internet. Switching on and off your Wi-Fi router and Roku, also checking the correctness of your Wi-Fi password and testing whether other devices are operating. In case the problem persists, attempt to change 5GHz back to 2.4DHz, or re-attaching your network.
 
It could be due to a weak Wi-Fi signal, outdated Roku software, or a network issue. Try restarting your Roku and router, checking for updates, and ensuring your Wi-Fi is strong. If that doesn’t work, reconnect your Roku to the network.
