How to temporarily deactivate Facebook easily?

I wanna a short break with Facebook, not wanna even receive any notification or message. Is there any way to deactivate it for a short period of time?

To temporarily deactivate Facebook easily, go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Your Facebook Information > Deactivation and Deletion, select Deactivate Account, follow the prompts, and confirm. Your profile will be hidden but data saved until you reactivate.
