On the YouTube video page, click the settings cog. Toggle "Autoplay" off (the switch will turn gray). This setting is saved per browser or device. You may need to disable it separately in the YouTube mobile app's settings.
To turn off Autoplay on YouTube, open the YouTube app or website and play any video. On the video player screen, look for the Autoplay toggle switch (usually at the top right of the “Up Next” section or below the video on mobile). Simply switch it off. Autoplay will then remain disabled for future sessions on that device until you manually turn it back on.
